Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the eggs and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a small patty or fritter.
  4. Coat each fritter with additional breadcrumbs for a crispy exterior.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken fritters for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Place the cooked fritters on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
  8. Serve the cheesy chicken fritters warm. You can garnish them with extra chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.

Notes

Optional Baking Method: If you prefer a healthier option, you can also bake the fritters in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite herbs or spices.
