If you are looking for an easy potato side dish that does not require a frying pan or a long cooking time, these air fryer sliced potatoes are a fantastic option. The potatoes are seasoned with paprika, garlic, onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil before being cooked until the edges become golden and crisp while the centers remain tender and fluffy.
