A rich, creamy pasta dish made with Boursin cheese, heavy cream, garlic, and butter. Ready in 20 minutes with just 5 ingredients. Perfect as a vegetarian main or side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Boursin Garlic u0026 Fine Herbs cheese
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste
- Fresh Italian parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not brown, stirring frequently.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens enough that a spoon leaves a trail when run through it.
- Reduce heat to low and add the Boursin cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely and the sauce becomes smooth. Taste and season with kosher salt and fresh black pepper as needed.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water 1-2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
