Instructions
- Place the ice cubes into a blender and pulse a few times to crush them into a pebbly consistency.
- Add the nondairy milk, pineapple juice, agave syrup, coconut cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract to the crushed ice.
- Add the partially thawed frozen pineapple chunks on top of the liquids.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the blender stalls, stop and use a spatula to tamp down the mixture, add another tablespoon of nondairy milk, and blend again.
- Taste the mixture and add a little more agave if you prefer it sweeter.
- If the mixture feels too soft, transfer it to a bowl or container and freeze for 15-20 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Fit a large piping bag with a large star tip (or use a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off).
- Transfer the blended mixture into the piping bag and freeze for 20-30 minutes to firm up for piping.
- Remove the bag from the freezer and pipe the mixture in a circular motion, layering upwards to create a tall, swirled pile.
- Serve immediately.

Notes
For a Dole Whip Float, pour extra pineapple juice around the piped swirl and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge. If coconut cream is unavailable, substitute the cream and nondairy milk with 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk. Agave can be replaced with honey (non-vegan). Store in the freezer for up to 3 months; let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
