Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
  2. Open the biscuit dough containers and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces and place the dough pieces into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese cubes and mini pepperoni slices to the bowl with the dough. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the dough.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the dough mixture. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Gently toss everything together until each piece of dough is evenly coated with butter, cheese, and seasonings.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan. Distribute the ingredients evenly throughout the pan and lightly press the mixture down without compacting it too much.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dough is fully cooked. If the bread begins browning too quickly, loosely cover it with aluminum foil during the final 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven. Allow the monkey bread to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes. Carefully invert the pan onto a serving platter and gently lift off the pan.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Tips: Use fresh cheese for gooey pockets, avoid overcrowding the pan to allow for even rising, and customize with toppings like sausage, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, bacon bits, or jalapeños. Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze individual portions for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Variations include Supreme, Vegetarian, Three-Cheese, and Spicy versions.
