Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mash the softened cream cheese until smooth and spreadable.
- Add the crab meat, sliced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, sugar, and black pepper.
- Fold the ingredients together gently until evenly distributed, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Place the filling in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean, dry surface and place a small bowl of water next to them.
- Place one wrapper in a diamond shape and add about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center.
- Dip a finger in water and run it along the entire edge of the wrapper to act as glue.
- Fold the bottom point up to the top point to create a triangle, or bring all four corners to the center and pinch them together to create a purse shape.
- Press the edges firmly to seal, pushing out any air pockets.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers, covering finished ones with a damp paper towel.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each for air circulation.
- Lightly spray or brush the tops of the wontons with oil.
- Air fry at 370°F for 4 minutes.
- Open the basket and flip the wontons over using tongs.
- Spray the new top side lightly with oil.
- Air fry for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy all over.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest on a wire rack for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately with dipping sauces.

Notes
Ensure edges are sealed tightly to prevent leaking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and re-crisped in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes. Do not microwave. You can also freeze assembled wontons before cooking; cook from frozen by adding 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.
