Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium heat . Add 1 tbsp sesame oil , then add the ground pork. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes , breaking the meat apart with a spatula until completely browned. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger , cooking for another 60 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the 4 cups coleslaw mix and sliced green onions directly into the skillet with the pork. Pour in the soy sauce , oyster sauce , sugar , and black pepper . Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat until the cabbage wilts slightly but retains a pleasant bite. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes .
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface in a diamond position (one corner pointing toward you). Spoon 1/3 cup of filling horizontally across the center. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling tightly. Fold in the left and right side corners toward the center (like an envelope). Brush the top corner with your egg wash , then roll tightly upward to seal. Repeat for all 10 wrappers.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly coat the basket with oil spray. Place the egg rolls in a single layer , seam-side down, ensuring space between each for air circulation. Lightly spray the tops with cooking oil. Air fry for 6 minutes , flip the egg rolls, spray lightly again, and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown and blistered.
