Some days call for a meal that is simple, comforting, and ready without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. That is exactly where Air Fryer Texas Toast Pizza comes in. It combines everything that makes pizza delicious — crispy bread, flavorful sauce, gooey melted cheese, and savory pepperoni — but in a much easier and faster way. Instead of making pizza dough, waiting for it to rise, and preparing a long list of ingredients, this recipe starts with frozen garlic Texas toast. The garlic bread already has a buttery flavor and a crispy texture, which makes it the perfect base for mini pizzas. Once topped with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, it turns into a satisfying snack, lunch, or quick dinner that feels like a homemade pizza without all the extra work. Making these garlic toast pizzas in the air fryer gives the bread a crunchy outside while keeping the cheese perfectly melted. The air fryer also helps the toppings cook evenly, creating a delicious pizza-style bite every time.
Ingredients
- 8 slices Texas Toast Garlic Bread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 80 slices mini pepperoni

- Air fry the garlic toast at 360º for 3 minutes.
