Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Salmon
- Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps create a crisp exterior during cooking.
Step 2: Make the Seasoning
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Season the Fish
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, making sure all sides are coated.
Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Step 5: Air Fry the Salmon
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between each piece so the hot air can circulate evenly.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes , depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) .
Step 6: Serve
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
