Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into rounds, cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the bell peppers into thin strips, and thinly slice the red onion.
