If you love the familiar combination of juicy beef, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, onions, and creamy burger sauce, this Big Mac Cheeseburger Protein Bowl offers a delicious way to enjoy those flavors in a fresh, customizable meal. Instead of using a traditional burger bun, this recipe turns the ingredients into a satisfying bowl. Seasoned ground beef provides the main source of protein, while crisp vegetables add freshness and texture. A creamy homemade sauce brings everything together with a tangy, slightly sweet flavor inspired by classic burger sauces.

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Make the sauce: Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the sauce: Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes while preparing the rest of the meal.

- Cook the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces.
- Season the beef: Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brown thoroughly: Cook until the beef is fully cooked and well browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Prepare the bowls: Divide the romaine and iceberg lettuce between four serving bowls.
- Add the vegetables: Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, onions, pickles, and optional carrots over the lettuce.
- Add cheese and beef: Divide the shredded cheddar among the bowls, then top each bowl with warm seasoned beef.
- Add the sauce: Drizzle the chilled burger-style sauce over each serving.
- Finish and serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
Optional Additions: Sliced avocado, Turkey bacon, Sautéed mushrooms, Jalapeños, Chopped bell peppers, Cauliflower rice, Pepper jack cheese, Sliced olives, Fresh parsley. Storage: Store cooked beef in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it within approximately four days. Keep lettuce and other chopped vegetables in separate containers when possible. Store the burger sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator. For meal prep, assemble the bowl shortly before eating rather than storing the sauce directly on the lettuce. Reheat only the beef and combine it with the fresh vegetables afterward. Freezing the fully assembled bowl is not recommended because lettuce, cucumber, and other fresh vegetables can lose their crisp texture after thawing.
