Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fish

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry using paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with:

  4. Pepper
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Onion powder
  7. Paprika
  8. Allow the fish to sit for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Breading Station

  1. Place flour in one shallow bowl.
  2. Whisk together:

  5. Place into another bowl.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spray breaded fish with cooking spray.
