Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites are quick, juicy, and full of flavor. Small pieces of chicken are cooked in a pan with garlic, lemon, and simple spices. Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley or herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Cut the chicken into small, even-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well so all pieces are coated.
  2. Place a pan on medium heat. Add olive oil or butter and let it melt and heat up.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the hot pan. Spread them out in one layer. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the pan. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the lemon juice and stir well. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes so the flavors mix.
  5. Turn off the heat. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Cut chicken pieces the same size so they cook evenly. Do not overcook the garlic, or it may taste bitter. Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Add herbs at the end to keep them fresh.
