Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels. Dry chicken develops a crispier exterior during cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  3. For even more flavor, marinate the chicken for 15 minutes before cooking.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
  2. Toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Step 3: Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer XL

  1. Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer XL to 390°F (199°C) for 3 minutes .
  2. Preheating helps achieve even cooking and crispier results.

Step 4: Cook the Chicken

  1. Arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook at 390°F (199°C) for 10 minutes .
  3. Flip the chicken using tongs.
  4. Continue cooking for another 8–10 minutes , or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) .

  2. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 minutes .
  3. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  4. The vegetables should be tender with lightly crispy edges.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Slice the chicken if desired.
  2. Arrange it alongside the roasted vegetables on serving plates.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, or fresh lemon juice.
  4. Serve immediately while hot.
