This Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Salmon makes eating healthy feel like an absolute treat. Tender, flaky salmon fillets coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, roasted on the same pan as colorful vegetables — all in just 25 minutes with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
Honey Garlic Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional), red pepper flakes
Salmon & Vegetables:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan. Whisk together all glaze ingredients.
Step 2: Roast Vegetables First
Toss vegetables with oil and seasoning. Spread on sheet pan. Roast 10 minutes.
Step 3: Add Salmon
Push vegetables to sides. Place salmon in center. Brush generously with honey garlic glaze.
Step 4: Roast Together
Roast 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and glaze is caramelized.
Step 5: Serve
Drizzle remaining glaze over everything. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice or quinoa.
