Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, extending all the way to the edges to serve as binder.
  3. Layer spinach, deli turkey, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon evenly across each tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log. Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Slice off the uneven ends, then cut each log into 4 equal slices using a serrated knife. Serve cold.
