1. Prepare the Oven

2. Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Pat dry if washed recently.

3. Mix the Egg Base

  1. In a large bowl whisk: Eggs
  2. Cottage cheese
  3. Greek yogurt
  4. Garlic powder
  5. Onion powder
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper

4. Add Cheese and Vegetables

  1. Fold in: Broccoli
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Mozzarella cheese
  4. Half of the Parmesan cheese

5. Assemble
