1. Prepare the Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Protein Base
- In a bowl combine: Peanut butter
- Protein powder
- Greek yogurt
- Honey
- Vanilla extract
3. Press Into Pan
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Press firmly with a spatula.
4. Melt Chocolate
- Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals.
- Stir until completely smooth.
5. Add Chocolate Layer
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Spread evenly.
6. Garnish
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt.
7. Chill
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
8. Slice and Serve
- Cut into 12 bars and enjoy.
