Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Cook the Vegetables

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add:
  3. Onion
  4. Bell pepper
  5. Mushrooms
  6. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until softened.
  7. Add chopped spinach and cook for another minute until wilted.
  8. Remove from heat and allow the vegetables to cool slightly.

Step 3: Make the Egg Mixture

  1. In a large bowl whisk together:

  3. Milk
  4. Heavy cream
  5. Mix until completely smooth.
  6. Add:
  7. Garlic powder
  8. Onion powder
  9. Paprika
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Thyme
  13. Whisk again.

Step 4: Add Fillings

  1. Stir into the egg mixture:
