- 6 large eggs

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add:
- Onion
- Bell pepper
- Mushrooms
- Cook for about 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for another minute until wilted.
- Remove from heat and allow the vegetables to cool slightly.
Step 3: Make the Egg Mixture
- In a large bowl whisk together:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Heavy cream
- Mix until completely smooth.
- Add:
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Whisk again.
Step 4: Add Fillings
- Stir into the egg mixture:
- Cooked vegetables
- Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Bacon or ham (if using)
- Mix gently until evenly combined.
Step 5: Fill the Baking Dish
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the vegetables evenly so every slice has a balanced filling.
Step 6: Bake
- Bake for 35–40 minutes , or until:
- The center is set.
- The top is lightly golden.
- A knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool
- Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- This helps the filling firm up for cleaner slices.
Step 8: Serve
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm with a green salad, fresh fruit, or roasted potatoes.
