Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes. Preheating helps the biscuit bites cook evenly and develop a crisp, golden exterior.

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough

  1. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors. You should have about 32 bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: Make the Cinnamon Sugar

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

Step 4: Coat the Dough

  1. Brush or lightly toss each biscuit piece with the melted butter. Reserve some butter for brushing after cooking.

Step 5: Air Fry

  1. Arrange the biscuit pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each piece. Cook in batches if necessary.
  2. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes , shaking the basket halfway through cooking. The bites should be puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.

Step 6: Coat in Cinnamon Sugar

  1. While the bites are still warm, brush them with the remaining melted butter and immediately toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

Step 7: Add the Glaze (Optional)

  1. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuit bites just before serving for an extra bakery-style finish.

Notes

Store leftover biscuit bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days . Reheat in the air fryer at 325°F (160°C) for 2–3 minutes to restore their crisp exterior. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 5 days and warm before serving.
