- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (for heat)
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan (added after cooking)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and pat it completely dry.
- Remove the leaves and thick stem. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
- Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Add optional flavor boosters if desired. Toss until all florets are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping halfway through.
- For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (205°C) for the final 2–3 minutes
- Remove cauliflower from the air fryer and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the cauliflower while hot, if using.
- Let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
