Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup whole rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Add the main ingredients. Place the frozen banana, whole rolled oats, natural peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk into a blender.
  2. Blend the base. Blend until the banana, oats, peanut butter, and almond milk form a smooth mixture.
  3. Add ice and extras. Add handfuls of ice along with any optional add-ins you want to use.
  4. Blend again. Continue blending until the smoothie is cold, thick, and creamy with no large pieces remaining.
