1. Season the Pork
- Pat pork chops dry.
- Season with: Salt

- Smoked paprika
2. Sear the Pork
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat .
- Sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side .
- Look for a deep golden-brown crust.
3. Prepare the Slow Cooker
- Add onions and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place pork chops on top.
4. Add Liquid
- Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.

5. Slow Cook

6. Check Texture
