Ingredients
- 3 lb (1.4 kg) Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1½ cups heavy cream

- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Generously grease a Bundt pan or ring mold.
- Peel the potatoes and slice them very thin (about 1/8 inch) using a mandoline.
- Mix the melted butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato slices until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in overlapping layers inside the Bundt pan, pressing down every few layers.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 75 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake another 20–30 minutes until deep golden and crispy.
- Let rest 10–15 minutes.
- Carefully invert onto a serving plate and slice like a cake.
