Instructions
- 1.Prep the Meat: 15 Minutes | Low Intensity.
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to ensure optimal searing. In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the steak seasoning until evenly coated. Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap one half-strip of bacon tightly around each steak cube. Secure the wrap with a wooden toothpick inserted straight through the center. Lightly dust the outside of the bacon with the remaining steak seasoning.
- 2.Preheat the Air Fryer: 5 Minutes | High Heat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Preheating is crucial to crisp the bacon immediately upon contact and prevent the steak from turning soggy.
- 3.Air Fry to Perfection: 10-12 Minutes | High Intensity (400°F).
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped steak bites in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, leaving space between each bite for hot air to circulate. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 6 minutes . Open the basket, flip each bite using tongs, and air fry for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until the bacon is golden-brown and crispy.
- 4.Glaze & Rest: 5 Minutes | Low Intensity.
- While the bites cook, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and place them on a platter. Immediately brush or drizzle them with the garlic herb butter. Allow the bites to rest for 3 to 5 minutes so the juices redistribute throughout the meat. Remove toothpicks before serving.
