Instructions

Method 1: Using a Juicer (Fastest & Purest)

  1. Wash & Prepare: Thoroughly wash the celery stalks under cold running water to clear away any soil trapped near the base. Chop off the non-hydrated base (about 1/2 inch) and any leaves if you prefer a less bitter taste (celery leaves carry a stronger, earthier bite).
  2. Chop: Cut stalks into 3–4 inch pieces so they pass smoothly through your juicer’s feed chute.
  3. Juice: Turn on your juicer and feed the celery stalks through progressively. If using optional boosters (apple, ginger, or lemon), alternate them between celery stalks to push all liquid through cleanly.
  4. Serve: Pour immediately into a clean glass. Enjoy cold over ice if desired, though drinking at room temperature or slightly chilled yields the best metabolic uptake.

Method 2: Using a High-Speed Blender

  1. Wash & Prep: Clean celery stalks thoroughly and chop them into small 1-inch dice to prevent the blender blades from stalling.
  2. Blend: Add the diced celery to the blender jar along with 2–4 tablespoons of filtered water (just enough to get the blades moving).
  3. Puree: Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and liquefied.
  4. Strain: Place a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup. Pour the blended celery puree into the bag/strainer.
  5. Press: Squeeze the nut milk bag or press down firmly with a spatula against the mesh strainer to extract all liquid, leaving behind only the dry fibrous pulp.
  6. Serve: Pour the smooth juice into a glass and serve immediately.
