- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 6 slices white bread, lightly toasted

- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Chop the egg whites into small pieces and set them aside.
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the all-purpose flour and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously. Add the chicken bouillon granules and continue stirring to keep the sauce smooth and free from lumps.
- Continue cooking and stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and develops a creamy, thick consistency.
- Stir the mashed egg yolks into the hot sauce until they are well blended.
- Add the chopped egg whites and stir gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
- Lightly toast the six slices of white bread.
- Spoon the warm creamed egg mixture over the toasted bread. Season with salt and white pepper according to taste, then serve immediately.
