For the Pasta:
- 300 g spaghetti
- Salt (for boiling water)
For the Garlic Butter Beef:
- 300 g ground beef
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
For the Cheddar Cream Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup milk (to adjust consistency)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian herbs

- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Chili flakes (for heat)

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente (8–10 minutes).
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2: Prepare Garlic Butter Beef
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook until browned and fully done. Set aside.
Step 3: Make Cheddar Cream Sauce
- In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cheddar cheese gradually, stirring constantly.
- Add milk to loosen the sauce if too thick.
- Season with garlic powder and herbs.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Return cooked beef to the sauce.
- Add drained spaghetti.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Add a splash of pasta water if needed for silkiness.
Step 5: Serve
- Serve hot, topped with extra cheddar or parsley.
