- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water

- 4 medium waxy potatoes, boiled and cooled
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 450g (1 lb) cooked chicken
- 4 dill pickles
- 3–4 green onions
- ½ medium apple
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, Dijon mustard, water, and black pepper until smooth.
- Boil potatoes until tender but still firm. Cool completely and peel if desired.
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, and remove shells.
- Dice potatoes, eggs, chicken, pickles, green onions, and apple into small cubes.
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Add fresh dill, parsley, and prepared dressing.
- Gently mix until evenly combined.
- Taste and season with salt if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
