  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer frozen vegetables to a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss thoroughly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then toss again.
  3. Arrange the seasoned vegetables in a loose, single layer in the air fryer basket to promote airflow.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously at the 6-minute and 10-minute marks.
  5. Remove when edges are deeply golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately with lemon juice and Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Do not thaw vegetables before cooking. Use liquid oil instead of aerosol sprays to protect the non-stick coating. Chop oversized florets for even cooking. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days and reheated at 370°F (188°C) for 3 minutes.
