These Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites are an easy frozen snack made with plain yogurt, honey, fresh blueberries, and slivered almonds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Add the plain yogurt and honey to a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until the honey is evenly incorporated into the yogurt.
  2. Add the fresh blueberries and slivered almonds to the yogurt mixture. Stir gently so the ingredients are spread throughout without unnecessarily crushing the blueberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone tray, dividing it into individual portions. Alternatively, place separate spoonfuls of the mixture onto a tray.
  4. Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze for approximately 2 hours, or until the yogurt bites are completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the individual bites from the silicone tray or separate them from the tray. Serve frozen.
